Learners Driver Training are committed to giving back to our local community who have helped make our Gold Coast driving school the business it is today.
We have implemented a innovative program called YDrive with the support of the Gold Coast Youth Service.
YDrive provides support, advice, supervised driving hours, driving lessons and driving tests to disadvantaged young people through the Gold Coast Youth Service.
YDrive provides learner drivers in the program with the necessary help and support to get their drivers licence that they wouldn’t have been able to access without such a program in place. Most teenagers take it for granted that they have parents, family and friends to support and help them learn to drive and complete the required 100hrs of supervised driving!
YDrive is fully funded by Learners Driver Training.
We are super proud and excited to be working with the Gold Coast Youth Service who do a tremendous job helping young people throughout the Gold Coast. They provide a wide variety of support services and housing services to young people aged 16 – 25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
